The location of the hotel is perfect, with a beautifully landscaped garden and a small waterfall that adds to the serene atmosphere. It is conveniently located in front of the JR station, making it easy to explore downtown Ito or visit the beach without having to wait for the shuttle or take a taxi.
The communication regarding attractions and sites to visit during the stay could be improved, as some guests had to rely on external sources to plan their activities.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke fluent English, making it easy for me to communicate and understand the accommodation arrangements. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the hills and the sea. I particularly loved the rotenburo on the balcony, which was clean, convenient, and well-maintained. The meals served in my room were delicious, with a wide range of options for dinner, including abalone, wagyu, and deer. The hotel's hot spring facilities were top-notch, and the rotation between male and female hours allowed me to experience all of the amenities both in the morning and evening. The views from the rotenburo were simply stunning. The location of this hotel, up a hill, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, while still being conveniently accessible with a shuttle bus or a short walk from the nearby train station.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect and I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Loved the authentic Japanese experience offered by the hotel. the traditional kimono-style bathrobes were a great touch and the indoor and outdoor onsens were both amazing. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located a bit far from the main city area, which can make transportation a bit difficult. the shuttle service also ends early at 5:30 pm, so planning is required.

Great way to experience Japanese culture. The traditional guest room was spacious and had attention to detail in all services. The natural hot spring baths were very soothing and had beautiful surroundings. The Kaiseki cuisine offered was delicious and worth the expenditure. The staff was very professional and hospitable.
No negative aspects to mention.
